Vapiano in Cologne

I always liked it!

It has become overpriced, the quality has deteriorated and the portions are extremely small. Before the bankruptcy it was definitely 100 years better. Never again !

Too bad that is too!

Finally open again! Ate a real pizza again after an eternity. You immediately notice the difference to all other pizzerias. The dough, topping - everything is perfect - this is how pizza should look and taste ...

Hi there?! Self service. Queue. Expensive. Nothing special. More for youngsters or ... who usually go to Mac Donalds ... (and possibly get more for the money)

the food was not nearly as good as it used to be. The bread as an addition was ancient. The pizza was dry and hard. What a shame, dear Vapiano team, you've been able to do that much better!

Underground price / performance ratio! As the title suggests, the price / performance ratio was an absolute joke today! For penne carbonara (because there was no spaghetti) and a very simple burrata salad, I paid 22.40 EUR! Not only were the portions MUCH TOO SMALL for the money, the extras on offer (chilli, garlic, parmesan) were not included, there was almost no sauce and on top of that the salad was already very withered and inedible in places! (See photos!) One would think that a company that is in bankruptcy gives everything for customer satisfaction and the employees also make an effort without being busy with Corona, especially since the store was empty and only three of us picked up. Overall, an ABSOLUTE CHEESE and definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!

I hope that is not the aspiration with which Vapiano 2.0 starts in the future. It was an absolute disaster. Even after waiting more than half an hour at the seat, we couldn't order. All around us we could only hear the guests waiting for their food for hours, and we kept hearing sentences from the guests around us like “We didn't order that ”,“ Something is missing ”,“ That is the wrong thing ”or“ We have been waiting for more than an hour, our food is still not there ”. But the worst we found was the toilet. It was completely filthy, especially the women it looked disgusting. At least here you lose your appetite. It's a shame, we were actually looking forward to Vapiano reopening in Cologne.

We waited a long time and didn't get enough bread. Our table was not cleared at all. Catastrophic never again and have a stomach ache !!!

Disastrous since the reopening! I would have loved to not have given a star at all. We waited 45 minutes for our food. I really enjoyed eating at Vapiano, but that’s over now. The service is unfriendly, you have to wait forever and on top of that, the food doesn't taste as it should. The food was so burnt that the discoloration of the chicken breast could be seen from miles away. Bold to give out such a bad meal. The prices are completely incomprehensible, despite inadequate service. Never again Vapiano!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff even in times of Corona. Gamberetti e spinaci was excellent!

Food good SERVICE DISASTER and staff extremely clumsy ... drop things, forget half of the order, the shop is pitiful and grossly negligent. Corona measures are not taken seriously, employees' masks are hanging at half past eight, it is not for nothing that mouth-nose protection and NOT chin protection are called! We weren't allowed to eat on the upper floor as the staff is too lazy to carry the food upstairs (staff spoke about it loudly outside the door) Just bored and demotivated staff. We can't go here anymore !!!!!!!!!!!!! I can understand why Vapiano filed for bankruptcy when I walk into this store

Had two meals here. The first and the last time. I, vegetarian, expressly order without meat. I get delicious chicken served in my noodles. A complaint was made immediately. Furthermore, one drink was wrong + the bill. Oh yes - before I forget, my friend had to fetch cutlery for us because the waiter probably forgot it.

Unsustainable since the reopening. In my opinion, prices have been raised and the food was cold (by the way, also at the neighboring tables, where half of the ordered food was missing) The waitresses looked as if they had never held a tray and the employee at the exit counter was interested in the answer to his "Was everything okay?" Unfortunately not a bit ?‍♂️ With the appearance, two former regular customers have definitely been lost.

Dreadful!!! I had food poisoning that evening. On the toilet for three days, with severe migraines. I could hardly eat anything. Never again!!! It is absolutely incomprehensible to me. But when you read the reports about Vapiano, a lot becomes clear.

The best food The best team K3 ??

Good restaurant. Food is of good quality. Staff could be more attentive here and there. What is not so well received by guests is if you prefer "friends & acquaintances" at the end of the row and only open a station for them and keep the other guests waiting. The cheesecake is highly recommended.

Usually I enjoy Vapiano very much, however we ordered yesterday through Lieferando and it was honestly disgusting and not at all what we ordered, I ordered a lachs bowl and got dry old salmon with 4 lettuce leafs and pomegranate, the fish was very sticky and uneatable, it was soaked in the balsamico sauce it was like a soup, missing 90% of the ingredients, no mango, we contacted Lieferando and they only offered a 10% of a a food I paid, and couldn't even eat, my other work colleagues orders were wrong too and no one is taking responsibility for this, yes Vapiano Take my money and send me whatever you want you will get away with it. Shame on you!

Service and hospitality was just ok, just as the food. Price was reasonable.

Always great Italian dishes

Really good variety of Italian style food freshly prepared in front of your eyes. Affordable prices. Could get annoying waiting in the cue, some restaurants started offering at terminals.

I love Vapiano. This one near the Cinedom is quite amazing. The second floor is a great addition to the restaurant creating more room and also a better view. Of course food is amazing!

It's a nice place to grab a quick bite but I wouldn't call the food superb. Just an average so called "Italian" food.

Take-out prices are not labeled and "server" is too tired too give any quotes....

A star is still too much I had ordered pasta for 5 people for about 50 €, which is the rule at Vapiano. The food came in the appointed time but what a horror when we opened the Vapianoverpackungen. The portions as small as if we had children's portions ordered and in the middle of an extra bowl with the sauce. The pasta was not cooked and the sauces were firstly too few and secondly not tasty. When I phoned Vapiano immediately to complain about the delivery, I was fine dumped "that is the standard in all Vapianofilialen.We always serve 200 gr noodles" Even the shift leader, with whom I connect I did not really understand what I wanted to complain. I will not order any more from Vapiano and will advise against anyone who wants to order there. My 50 € I love where else. From Vapiano we were used to other things-

Visited many Vapiono in the past and the experience was great . However the Vapiono Cologne sucks in food quality and taste . Uncooked pasta with just high salt and no taste. It was so bad that now may not eat pasta for quite some time . Just avoid completely

Overpriced, not as good as local Italian food, stations are confusing, waste most of your time standing in line and everyone’s food comes out at different times if you’re going with a group of friends. The environment is clean and nice and the location is great.

Pizzas (Hawai, Mushroom) today were basically tasteless! The crust was good though, thin and crisp. The tomato sauce did not have any herbs (=flavour!). The pizza was not hot either (had been sitting on the table for a while whenn the buzzer rang)

It's cheap, it's quick, but to me, it's not worth going

Nice place to eat and the zoodles a good option for people who avoid flour.

Freshly prepared food, delicious desserts and pleasant ambience. The price-performance ratio is absolutely okay. Staff was never rude. Absolutely cult are of course the gummy bears at the cash register ;-)

Pizza was ok but we had to wait for a long time

Great modern restaurant. They are cooking in front of you. You have to get the food on your own (will take some time about 10 - 20 minutes) but they will pick up your tray once you finished.

Always great, with gluten free pizza and pasta
